Job Description:

Retention Based Recruitment – Candidates are tested and screened to ensure that they will add benefit to your organisation. This eliminates candates that job hop from your organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client visits and presentations.
  • Cold-calling & canvassing (Very important)
  • Following up on all leads and closing sales.
  • Identifying new business and prospecting for new business.
  • Update customer records and sales information (CRM)
  • Daily reporting on activities (MS Excel).

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work to targets.
  • Well presented, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Own transport and valid driver’s license essential.
  • MS Office proficiency (MS Word, Excel).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Certificate, diploma or higher education in sales or marketing.
  • Previous track record of at least 3 years in the sales environment with a strong focus on client relationship building and new business development.
